Meet our Founding Team
Rony is the Founder and Partner at Talentstryke. Rony has worked with large corporate houses and has led Talent Acquisition function for companies- Volkswagen India, Volkswagen IT Services India, Tata Motors Global Delivery Center, Wipro PARI and FEV India. He brings over 12 years experience in recruiting. At Talentstryke, Rony is responsible for Customer Acquisition and Customer Success.
Samir is the Co-Founder and Partner at Talentstryke. Samir has over 15 years of experience in recruiting. Prior founding Talentstryke, Samir worked with large MNCs - Tata Motors Global Delivery Center, Reiter India and MAHLE Holdings. At Talentstryke, Samir is responsible for Service Delivery and Operations
